They got our personal data and my family phone numbers from nowhere, I asked how they got my family phone numbers and my personal data, they didn’t answer it and said it was a survey. When I called it back, it cannot be reached. I felt so fishy and how come our personal data can be so easily explored to the third parties? Our personal data supposed to be confidential and shouldn’t be used by an unknown parties. It is very insecure. So pls be aware of this number, 03-22839000.

agreed. i saw this phone no. i google first. haha. some said from hsbc, some said from cimb and some said from ambank. i dont think one number can be registered under different name/company at the same time. totally suspicious about this

I work here, this is a market research company, most of banks appoint market research company to do the customer satisfaction and to get customer feedback in order to avoid bias and to get more accurate data. That's all, this is not a scam

The reason you can't callback because it is a call center, you cannot make call to call centre as they cannot receive inbound call
