Not sure why they use personal number. But, it genuinely from CELCOM DIGI, just to notify me regarding upgrade plan, need to verify name only, and right after the call ended, I got email from CELCOM for the upgrade plan confirmation. Definitely not a scammer.

Called me few hours after i decided to port out digi. Didnt answer cause digi line was sucks and i got only notification. I got 7 missed calls and assume to persuade me not leave digi as i am a loyal 3 years customer!

This number call me 3 times... First time i answered is robocall said that is digi and will transfer to customer service.. then i quickly hung up.. 2nd time i just decline it.. third time i answer and dont talk, n they also no talk, then i hung up.

The girl called me twice and hung up the call once i picked it up, I searched on google and found that it was call from Digi. When she called for third times i immediately said a hello when picking phone then only she replied to reject my application to change network plan. Its my office hour i'm busy working but still try to answer the call, they just hung up the call after i picked up for twice,i hope digi staff can improve their service attitude and straight to the point once people answer your call.

Same Scenario happen on me, they called me twice & hang up my call when i answer "speaking". Then I checked with Digi Centre (via Digi App) they told me that number is not belongs to Digi.
