Even when i said I'm not interested a couple of times she keep on talking and pushing and at some point she cut me off when i speak and made me **** off. Which makes me think it was a scam or something in the 1st place (you know you can't trust anyone nowadays). A telemarketer should have phone etique when dealing with customer or else you better find other jobs then. When Your customer is not interested anymore, juat simply say thank you nicely and hang up. Don't force your customer to hear whatever you want to say anymore. You've said enough to make him/her to come to the point where he/she is not interested in your offer. 1st time persuation is fine but kalau dah sampai 4, 5 kali masih xfaham2 bahasa gak org xberminat you are just making your customer annoyed and more irritated
