i felt weird because the malay female who don't know how to speak english that called me with this number hangs up the phone on me after I ask some questions because I don't understand what she's trying to convey. All I know is that she tell me if I pay a minimum of 58 or 68 Ringgit, I will get some kind of insurance protection from CIMB. All I wanna ask is more details for the policy and then she don't understand what I'm saying she **** hang me up (So disrespectful) Then I called to a CIMB customer service agent with the number found on their website and I told the CIMB customer service agent what happened 5 minutes ago. The first thing the agent ask me is that did I gave any personal details to the malay girl? I said no, and he said that's great. He then explained to me that no matter what services or products CIMB is trying to promote, they will only contact their customer thru 1 landline number, which is the one I found on their website. He also tell me their customer service agent will never ever **** HANGS UP ON THEIR CUSTOMER! So god bless me because I don't understand what the heck the Malay girl is saying and she **** HANG UO ON ME. God bless yall too, hope yall are not into this fraud.

As if they said from BANK RAKYAT, but I don't think so, the BANK would not call you for any promotion, usually BANK will promote it through website, email and normaly not selling insurance. If you want to buy insurance, just go to the official insurance website and buy it online.
