Hi, saya dah tersetuju dengan offer dari telemarketing ni. dia bercakap sampai xboleh nk reject. Ada x cara untuk saya batalkan polisi yg dia bg. dia ckp nk hantar email, smpi sekarang xde email. xtau la betul ke or scammer.

Saya terima panggilan juga tapi bukan daripada nombor ni. Offer benda yang sama juga RM37/month . Benda ni legit sebab selepas permotongan yang pertama di dalam akaun bank islam , pihak takaful email pada saya certificate insurans ni. Masa die call saya pon tak ada minta details ape ape. Lepas saya dapat cert. insurans saya call takaful (HQ) untuk tanya legit ke cert ni , dah meraka kata nama saya memang ada dalam list insurans daripada takaful sendiri. Kalau nak certificate yang di print kan oleh takaful sendiri pon boleh , tunjuk no siri cert kita melalui email yang dia bagi tu dekat kaunter , dan die akan print kan.

Dia call sy dan cakap dia dari Takaful Malaysia untuk offer insuran takaful RM37/month utk pelanggan Bank Islam. Dia minta alamat rumah dan pengesahan no ic. so main bagi je sebab dia macam tak bagi chance langsung i nak tolok bende alah ni. so, i did call bank islam for pengesahan. jadi dia sahkan nombor tu betul dari takaful malaysia and suruh i call nombor hotline takaful malaysia for further confirmation.

She called me 4 times today. I picked up the last call just to listen what she had to say. She asked me what i do for a living and answered a full time student, she still carry on bercerita pasal insurans tu. Basically cakap pasal insurans takaful monthly rm37, boleh dpt pampasan rm1k kalau kena ragut, family boleh dpt pampasan up to 100k kalau kematian and bla bla. I dunno if its really valid or not. But I decline the offer and said if im interested i prefer to do the process directly kat kaunter bank. She only said that this promotion can only be done thru her(online). At the bank they will only brief us with the package benefits etc. I still said if i am interested in the future ONLY THEN i will find a way to buy the insurance. Then she said ok. Dia ckp "kalau ada rezeki kita lg sy akan menghubungi cik pada masa hadapan". At least she is not rude, in fact she speak nicely and respect my decision not to take the offer :P

Same with me.. he from bank islam menawarkan program insurans takaful.. kerana pelanggan setia menggunakan bank islam.. i perlu bayar 90 sen 1 hari sebulan aorund rm27 only. WTF ! Then, dia tanya, u prefer surat tu mereka taip in malay or english?? Ada ke patut dia tanya surat nak in malay or in english.. hahahaha.. dia kata kebiasaan mereka menaip in dwibahasa. Boleh pula macam tu! Kahkahkah. Dia dah mula tanya ada active email. Dah lain macam.. dan akan ada autopay bulanan rm27 . I block terus.

aku pun ckap aku full time student. tp dia go on ja cerita panjang lebar hmm. tolak2..dia offer rm33 jer sebulan...tolak2 lg dia offer Rm16 sebulan hahaha. kalau nk start perlu ckap setuju jer..kalau nk batal tuhan ja tau macam mana urusan tu hahaha. last2 pun aku reject..sempat dia ajar aku cara menabung.
